How to sign up so you can display your organisation's CPD Offer across SW England 


The Portal brings together everything you need to promote and deliver your organisation's CPD programmes and events across the region.  The service provides a range of options for promoting and managing your school's CPD offer.

Subscribers to the CPD Portal-SW service can promote their events to an audience of over 10 000 users across SW England and beyond. The Portal is ‘Booking Platform Agnostic’ – it doesn’t matter where your events are being processed, you can still add them to the Portal’s CPD catalogue. Users can find CPD from one simple search box, searching across an extensive catalogue of CPD from over 80 CPD Providers. Users click the ‘Register’ button next to an event listing and they’re routed through to the site where the event’s bookings are being managed. Many organisations use services such as EventBrite, Google Forms or Third Party booking systems; the Portal can accommodate all events regardless of how bookings are managed by an organisation. Simply add your event by completing the a simple online form and begin promoting your events to a wider audience.

What you need to do... 

Each organisation should nominate a lead 'CPD Manager' who will manage their CPD events on the Portal. The individual will be able to promote/manage events through the platfom. 

 


What happens next? 


Step 1

Your Organisation: Please complete the following form:

CPD Portal SW New Provider Setup Form

Step 2

Teaching Schools Council SW Portal Team :   We will create a 'CPD Provider' account for you.

IMPORTANT: You must ensure the email address you use is an official address associated with your organisation. We will not accept account requests from non organisational email accounts. 

Step 3

Your Organisation:  You will receive an automatic email from the system informing you your account has been setup along with a 'Quick Start Guide' and access to our Help Site. 

Step 4 

Your Organisation: Log into the CPD Portal

Read the 'Quick Start Guide' (we will email this to you).

You can now begin promoting your CPD events!
